Start Here — Your First Builder Step
Welcome to The Dreamer Project. This community is filled with people who know they’re capable of building something more. Some people here already have ideas. Some have businesses they want to grow. Others just know they’re ready for the next chapter. But everyone here shares one thing in common: They’re ready to stop sitting on ideas and start building something real. Before exploring the community, take one quick step. Create your first post and share three things: 1️⃣ What idea, project, or business have you thought about starting? 2️⃣ What’s the biggest thing that has slowed you down so far? 3️⃣ If everything went right, what would you love to build in the next few years? Your answer doesn’t need to be perfect. This is simply the first step toward building something meaningful. Once you post, take a moment to read through other ideas and encourage someone else in the community. You might discover something important very quickly: You’re not the only one who has been thinking about building something. Welcome to The Dreamer Project. Let’s get to work.

Your Next Steps as a Builder
If you’ve completed the Start Here post, these next steps will help you start thinking like a builder. You don’t need perfect answers. These are simply small prompts to help you explore ideas and connect with others in the community. Day 2 — The Idea That Keeps Coming Back Most people here have had one idea that keeps resurfacing in their mind. Maybe it’s a business. Maybe it’s a project. Maybe it’s something that could help people. Builders pay attention to those ideas. 👉 Create a post and share: What idea has followed you for years that you haven’t built yet? Day 3 — Problems Worth Solving Every meaningful project or business begins with a problem. Something frustrating. Something inefficient. Something people wish worked better. Builders learn to notice these things. 👉 Create a post and share: What problem or frustration do you wish someone would solve better? Day 4 — Builder Thinking Most people wait for the perfect idea. Builders take small steps and learn along the way. 👉 Create a post and share: If you had one free day this month to work on your idea… What would you do first? Not the perfect step. Just the next step. Final Note Once you’ve posted, take a moment to read other posts and encourage someone else in the community. Builders don’t move forward alone. Welcome to The Dreamer Project.

Building My First Fantasy Novel and Brand
Hey 👋 I’m Tyler, from Kansas City. Right now I’m working on finishing and publishing my first fantasy novel, Dawnbringer’s Heir. It follows a kid who finds a magical chess piece that pulls him into a war-torn world and forces him to step into something bigger than himself. The biggest thing that slowed me down has definitely been overthinking and wanting everything to be perfect. I’ve spent a lot of time tweaking, reworking, second-guessing… all that. But I’ve been learning that perfection isn’t really the goal—and honestly, not everyone is going to love what you create anyway. Reading is subjective. Once I accepted that, it got a lot easier to just move forward and actually make progress. I’m aiming for a September release and working on things beyond just writing—like cover design, trailers, and figuring out how to actually get the book in front of people. I don’t just want to publish it—I want it to connect and mean something. Excited to be here and see what everyone else is building.
Mercy Grace & Kindness
Hello! I have always had sensitive skin, so I started making my own lotions and soaps and have turned it into a business called Mercy Grace & Kindness. I’m still in the 'about to launch' phase, as I am still working out my perfect recipes. I think what is holding me back right now from jumping 100% in and putting my line out for other people is the fear of: 'What if my product doesn't work for someone?' I'm trying to learn that it's okay that one thing might work for you, but not for another—but that's my biggest hurdle. On top of a competitive market, that really scares me. I hope that once I can move past this feeling, I can really put myself out there and be at farmers' markets and other places.
