Dementia Is Not A Normal Sign of Aging
Most people don’t realize that dementia is often decades in the making — so that means you can fight it! ⏱️ Every 66 seconds someone in the U.S. develops dementia, and that pace is accelerating — but decline is not destiny. Inside this community, you’ll get science-backed strategies, real prevention tools, and the motivation to take ownership of your brain health. This is where we stop waiting, stop accepting, and start defending. 💥 I refuse to get dementia. 💥 If you feel the same — you’re in the right place.
Why Hormones Matter for Your Brain
As we age, hormone levels naturally change. In women, menopause brings declines in estrogen and progesterone. In men, testosterone gradually declines. Other hormones, like thyroid hormones and cortisol, may shift in subtle ways over time. Hormones aren’t just about energy, mood, or sexual function — they directly influence your brain: 🧠 Memory and focus: Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone support communication between neurons. 🥰 Mood and resilience: Cortisol, thyroid hormones, and sex hormones regulate stress response and emotional balance. 🛌 Sleep quality: Hormones control circadian rhythms, essential for memory consolidation. 🛠️ Brain repair and protection: Certain hormones reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, supporting neuron survival. When hormone levels drift out of balance, the brain becomes more vulnerable to cognitive changes. The good news? 👉 Many factors that influence hormone balance are modifiable. Never Skip Leg Day!
This one blew me away. 🤯 Larger leg muscles=bigger brain. Larger leg muscles=less dementia. The full interview is definitely worth watching. Here's a clip of it. 👉 Bing Videos

Creatine - Not Only for Athletes
I’m hearing that they’re recommending high dose creatine to help your brain. I just started my mom on 20mg of creatine. I’ll let you know if I see a difference. I also heard that it dissolves in warm/hot water, not cold water, so keep that in mind as you take it. Watch this video.👇 Let me know what you think. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/16vNaZGgaP/?mibextid=wwXIfr
