Creatine - Not Only for Athletes
I’m hearing that they’re recommending high dose creatine to help your brain. I just started my mom on 20mg of creatine. I’ll let you know if I see a difference. I also heard that it dissolves in warm/hot water, not cold water, so keep that in mind as you take it.
