Egg Whites - The best calorie to protein ratio out there. A ton of volume and a lot of protein that is very filling. Don’t confuse with whole eggs.
Salsa - A great filler to add a ton of volume with very little calories. Gives a sweet feel and adds flavor to any dish.
Plain Rice Cakes - These are my go to if I am really hungry because they slow me down and feel like a lot. I prefer them over cooked rice because it feels like you are eating so much more.
