In our kickoff call last Wednesday?
I told you I like to reward effort, not just outcomes.
So your Week 2 Reward comes after 5 short days of observing your behaviour 🥉
To earn your reward, I want you to do something simple but super useful this week:
Track your time and energy from Monday to Friday as you go about your normal work.
I'm not asking you to obsess over what everything or to have a “perfect” week. Just notice where your time is really going, what’s draining you, and what may be slowing you down.
I'll also pop the summary below ⬇️
Before Monday:
- choose your main goal for the week
- choose your top 3 priorities
Then through the week, lightly track daily:
- what you worked on
- roughly how long it took
- your energy after doing it
- whether it helped your main goal
On Friday:
- brain dump your week into ChatGPT using the doc prompt
- send me your finished Time + Energy Report
If you complete it, I’ll review it and give you:
- 3 quick wins
- what to do more of
- what to do less/none of
- what to simplify, automate, or eliminate
- the prompt to build your plan for the following week
This is such a simple exercise and it can give you so much clarity and constraint. I've been doing it for 3 months now and I can honestly say it has made me 5 times more effective in how I operate.
