⚡ This Week’s Challenge: Run a Time & Energy Audit
Hey Builders,
We discussed this in Friday's Q&A, and I’d love you to test it this week.
The goal is simple: observe how you actually work.
Use your calendar, a Google Doc or pen and paper to track your main work blocks:
  • What did you plan to do?
  • How long did you block?
  • What did you actually complete?
  • How did your energy feel that day?
  • How productive did you feel?
This will help you spot:
  • Tasks that take longer than expected
  • Where you’re dabbling or switching too much
  • Which activities give you energy
  • Which activities drain you
  • What is actually moving you closer to calls, clients and your wider goals
I’ve attached a simple Minimum Viable Time & Energy Audit resource for you to follow.
Don’t overcomplicate it with spreadsheets. Just track the week honestly.
This is optional, but you know I like to reward effort.
So if you send me your completed audit by Monday, August 3rd, I’ll:
  • Review your week to spot what you did well and what to improve
  • Give you 3 practical wins (tools or tactics) to simplify your workflows
  • Send you a prompt that turns this week’s evidence into next week’s plan of action
That way, your tasks move your projects forward, your projects support your milestones, and your milestones bring you closer to your goals of getting clients!
Post a GIF below if you’re committing to it.
Or ask a question if you're still unsure about how to do it (after reading the resource).
