The only thing keeping us from enjoying the Absolute freedom
is our insistence on holding onto the heavy-handed human interpretation that we are limited little monkey-persons who need to figure it all out and carry the weight of the world on our shoulders.
So, what do we do?
The trick is to be artful. This is truly the lazy man’s yoga.
We don't need to change our behavior, stop our thoughts, or move to a cave in the Himalayas.
Or dig in the muck of our past....
All we do is notice what is actually happening right here, right now.
The simplest approach is to direct our attention to actuality, unencumbered by interpretation.
Feel the texture of your experience.
Look at the field of vision, listen to the sounds in the room, feel the tingling sensations in the body, and even observe the thoughts popping up in the head.
Don't slap a label on them. Don't tell them what they are.
Just dive into the texture of experience like reading Braille.
Feel the buzzing, scintillating, raw energy of the experiencing itself.
It’s an astounding explosion of energy!
When we let ourself playfully trip out on the actual concrete nature of this present experiential field, we discover that WE CANNOT pin it down.
It’s entirely unresolvable. It's a complete mindfuck but it's wonderfully advantageous.
Alert Idiocy!
