At the start of your day:
Get present. Focus on your breath. Focus on your center.
Be complete. Relax your mind. Finished. Complete. Right now. Focus on your breath.
Think or don’t think. Don’t care. Just be a rabbit. Be a biological creature, a fly, a tree.
Keep breathing into your center.
Keep relaxing.
Feel the top of your head pulling you like a wax candle.
Completely relax, move from your center and feel the ground.
Keep pulling the string from the top of your head
Drain your whole body-being into the ground.
Use the string on top of your head to move you to your feet.
Feel your feet and ground squishing together.
Pull the string from the top of your head, at the same time feel your feet squishing into the ground.
Feet-ground power.
Stay aware. If you tense up, let go.
Keep letting go.
Keep pulling the string from the top of your head.
Keep draining into the ground, keep relaxing into your feet.
Put your focus on your center.
Power from the feet.
Movement from the center.
Move around the room.
Keep breathing into your center.
Keep draining into the ground.
From the top of your head down into your feet.
Into the ground.
Keep draining. Keep breathing. Keep relaxing.
Just do it.
Signal your whole body to relax while moving around.
Keep sending the signal to relax.
Relax your mind. Relax your body.
Stay alert. Stay aware.
Notice any thoughts. Probably social related.
Notice it. Grab it. Join it. Sink it down into your feet.
No resistance, no effort.
Keep pulling the string on top of your head and keep draining everything into your feet.
Keep calm and carry on throughout your day.

Throughout your day:
You will come across others.
When a thought or another enters your experience, let them pass though you.
Like a breeze, like wind. Drain into your center.
Join them into your feet.
Dissipate. Dissapear!
Stay present. Feel.
Be like the wind. Be like a wave. Be like water.
Be Now.
Focus on your center.
Be Calm.
Keep draining into your feet.
Stay on the purpose on the goals you’ve set throughout your day.
Remain Open...
Keep pulling the string on top of your head and keep draining into the ground.

Social interactions:
Others will come at you like a wave, maybe like a pop!
Join the other. Let another pass through you.
Join them.
Envelop them.
Let them pass.
Join the wave. Join another and ride out.
Body out. Focus Out......
...no resistance. no struggle. no stories. no narratives...even within them!
Sounds and squiggles, noise and light.
Objects in space.
Objects. Out.
From your body. Out.
Focus on your center and keep draining into your feet.
Stay still or move!
Keep following. Keep joining.
Other is doing what they are doing.
Saying what they are saying. Living as they are living.
Let them. Perfect 😊
All Perfect.
Stay External.
Drain any judgements and stories of another into the ground.
Or let them pass like wind or melt like a wax candle.
Into the ground.
Breathe into your center.
Focus on objects.
Stay calm.
Do think or don’t think. Don’t care or do care. Who cares!
