Top o Hour Sunday June 21st
Good morning Conquerors!
Well.... I actually didn't get much sleep at all last night. But part of that was because I went dancing. Which is good for me on all levels.
That being said, I considered if I should do "Productivity Zone" today.
And ultimately said yes. At least take the approach and do the laundry.
So I did my meditation morning routine etc. Then decided "laundry" would be the target during Productivity Zone time.
And I almost didn't set a timer. But I'm glad I did.
I set a 20 minute timer, put affirming music playlist in earbud, and started.
And the fact is, somehow, by the time the first 20 minute timer went off, I had started a load, emptied the dryer which had clothes, folded them etc and put them away, and added more clothes to the dirty basket.
Why is this mind blowing for me? Because I purposely did NOT rush at all. I purposely said the point of doing things in this manner is so I don't get further burnt out etc.
So I was amazed that timer was still going
That being said, I made myself SIT after 20 minutes. I'm on my first "break" now.
