Top o Hour Saturday May 30th🤯
Good morning Conquerors!🥰
How is everyone this morning?
Last night was night 27 of Operation Dreamland. Part of why it feels soo doable overall is because I am letting myself bring sudoku to bed and have a lamp on.
So if my brain doesn't want to shut off right away, fine. But phone in bed at night is no longer an option..
That being said, daughter leaves today. Painful.
However, I've realized the best way I can prepare for it is to regulate myself.
I've done a meditation and some breathwork
I'm going to make my water and drink a lot of it. And eat protein.
And I think I might do some dancing too. And then take a shower.
In the past, I would try to "relax" in the morning. But it doesn't happen I've realized. So actually the best thing would be to do things that make my body feel.. here.. strong etc
That being said, it is 7:45 am currently.
My goals for this hour:
*wash face and moisturize- done!
*get downstairs
*prep daily water
*take vitamins
*DRINK WATER- I've moved a LOT of energy this week
*eat protein!!
I also want to do at least some dancing and take a shower before we leave.
Let's DO this!
