Top o Hour Saturday June 20

How is everyone?
I had another realization this morning. And I'm going to try it starting tomorrow.
Basically, if my brain wakes up at 5 am, I'm going to start getting up at that time
I didn't want to do that because I KNOW my body NEEDS more rest.
But I'm realizing that by forcing myself to stay in bed I think it is actually making me feel groggier etc.
That being said, I am currently in "productivity zone" time.
9 am- 12 pm.
20 minutes on, 20 minutes off.
Today's "target": cleaning out the fridge.
I've gotten the door done! Currently in a 20 minute "break".
