I realized that for me, at least currently, the more I can learn how to compartmentalize, the more effective I will be in every area π

, since my daughter is home). But I don't HAVE to continue churning on figuring out non-urgent things. That is a trauma response. The feeling that I can NEVER rest or relax because God forbid something happens, etc etc. But I'm calling it out because it isn't fair to me or even trueπ
I'm truly learning how to relax. How to recover.
And that being said, I am going to eat dinner π₯°
