MASSIVE step for me!!
I have officially made the dr appt!!!
I have released more tears (because I'm forcing myself to sit and "rest"😅), and I'm realizing my TRUE transformation is to accept the transformation!🤯
Still don't have everything figured out (such as how to get there etc), but this a MAJOR step for me! I'm watching Dog Whisperer and relating SOOO much!
