Teaching Art!
Yesterday I taught my first art class for families at the library! I did it scared, and it was so worth it!
Much like parenting, it was messy, unpredictable yet fun and beautiful.
My favourite part was having a couple moms express how much they needed this for their kids and then seeing how their children were lighting up with pride looking at their finished pieces.
Today I’ll be making my own, since I never got to make it with the class.
