Sip & Spark recap

Today we did something different. We made a card of the day, drawing our boundaries, using colour to represent our feeling having an inner dialogue with ourselves, and those on the call to put in the symbols, recognize the patterns and most of all draw upon our higher yourself, our inner wisdom to guide us.

Here is my card from today.

I got sick and then life happens

I try to rest and relax

But the universe said that there was more for me to process

I felt like giving up, but I know that it’s not time yet
