A lot of people are stuck here, good opportunities, but no capital to move forward. The mistake I see most? Chasing investors without building the foundation first. In my experience, things only changed when I focused on consistency, sourcing deals every month and using income from a side hustle to fund my early projects. That built my track record and confidence. From there, investors became more open to partnering with me because they could see I knew what I was doing.
