Intro

Hello Everyone, I don't think I did the intro post when I first found the Clarity Circle some months ago - but "better late than never" is my motto (especially repairing my health!!) so here I go... I'm Lisa, a Canadian living in Bermuda. I found Dr Stephanie on Insta earlier this year and appreciated how she explained specific tests, what they meant and how they tell a specific story about you when combined with other tests. For over a decade I've been actively searching for a diagnosis and path to heal, received an autoimmune diagnosis 4 years ago and still learning how to heal. Testing out the wazoo over the years, so every time I learn something new here, I go back and dig through my past bloodwork and Eureka - the answers were right there all along! Now I know more, continue to get better at what to ask, test and watch for. Finally feeling some confidence that healing will be achieved 🤞
