We just hit 20,000 members 🎉
When we started this community, the goal was simple: give women a place to actually be heard, ask questions, and get real answers about their health, without judgment and without the runaround. 20,000 of you showed up for that. That's not a number we take lightly, and it tells us this space is doing exactly what we hoped it would. So first, genuinely, thank you. Whether you've been here since the beginning or joined last week, thank you for trusting us with your questions and your health journey. A little something new, based on your feedback: A lot of you asked for more ways to understand what might be going on in your body before diving into a full protocol. So we built two new assessments, and they're live in the CLASSROOM now: The Gut Health Assessment - a quick way to spot patterns that might be pointing to gut dysfunction: https://www.skool.com/the-clarity-circle/classroom/906b18e6?md=6b6d4174fce74071bab4be9985b6e001 The Adrenal Health Assessment - helps you see if chronic stress and adrenal patterns are part of your picture: https://www.skool.com/the-clarity-circle/classroom/9ea765c0?md=54aee80fd12e44698bb47c7385582caa Head into the classroom to check them out. More assessments are on the way as we keep building based on what you're asking for. Here's to the next 20,000. 🙌

Intro
Hey y'all, I'm Tara. I have been on a health journey most of my life, but most acutely in this last decade, and have educated myself a lot on functional and foundation health to advocate for myself and others navigating the medical systems and gaps. I've figured a lot out, and made tons of improvements, but there are still some chronic symptoms I'm trying to improve. I've worked as a massage therapist and somatic psychotherapist for 25 years and ready to level up my health!

@Judy D aww thanks Judy. Appreciate that. Yes I love me some somatics. The body is a lot wiser than we give credit.
Hello
Hi, Saphira here. I live healthily with minor thalassemia. No matter how hard i try (holistically), ferritin remains too high and hemoglobin stays low because the blood is fragile and regularly disintegrate before intended senescence. The high levels of free iron becomes a free radical, which affected my cognition and metabolism. Hope to find something here. Ready and excited to learn. Pleased to meet everyone~

That's some good understanding there, even if not fun to go through. Hope you find what you're looking for.
What Reversal Actually Looks Like
In my clinical experience, early insulin resistance, caught before it becomes type 2 diabetes, is one of the most responsive conditions I work with. The mechanism is reversible. Muscle can be rebuilt, cortisol patterns can be regulated, sleep can be restored, and the inflammatory load can be reduced. Women who address it comprehensively, with the right labs, the right protocol, and the right support, commonly report stabilized energy within 6 to 8 weeks, reduced brain fog within 4 to 6 weeks, improved body composition within 3 to 4 months, and a sense of being themselves again that they had forgotten was possible. This is a pattern I have seen consistently enough to say there is a way through. It is not a promise. React with 💛 if you needed to hear that it is reversible.

Yes. I was creeping up in my insulin resistance back around 2020, made some dietary and lifestyle changes and now it's a 1! Blood sugar is solid.
Day One 🎉
Hi, I’m a RN, currently working nights, pretty new empty nester, and now living in San Diego with my husband and our 2 dogs. I just joined today! Dr. Stephanie, thank you for creating this space. I’m guessing my cortisol has been elevated for over 20 years. I had trouble getting pregnant with my second child d/t low progesterone, I started on medication for hypothyroidism at 38 when my doctor (thankfully) realized that even though my thyroid labs were “normal” my thyroid was enlarged and working OT to keep things “normal”. The tiredness, brain fog, and last 5 years of gaining weight around my midsection and hips no matter what I do…all the signs you talk about are there. I, like most here, am tired of being told everything is “normal” and that my symptoms are just part of getting older 🤮 I’m in my 50s now and looking forward to learning, and finally taking back my body.

I get that working in high stress environments thing. Glad you're taking care of your health. And, my mom lives in San Diego so I visit her 2x a year. Not a bad place to decrease cortisol. 😉
