Which Blueprint Are We Holding?
Family, I’m encouraged! 🏡✨ I’ve been reflecting on something that’s been on my heart, and I had to share this with you all. The question that keeps coming to me: Which blueprint am I holding - one centered on serving myself or serving the people God has called me to serve? When we shift from seeing clients as “leads” to seeing them as opportunities to serve, everything changes. Our energy becomes authentic, our relationships deepen, and our work becomes worship. “But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.” - Mark 10:43-44 (NLT) Here’s what I know: When we genuinely put people first with Christ’s heart, we don’t chase clients - they seek us out. We don’t manipulate - we attract through authenticity. Let’s keep encouraging each other to be servant leaders in our marketplace. We’re in this together, family! Because when we do real estate God’s way, everyone wins. 🙏 Have a Blessed Day! #ChristianRealtor #ServantLeadership #TogetherInFaith

A God Move
Recently I received a referral from a Pastor friend for a relative that they have not talked to in a few years. They decided to relocate to Mississippi from Nevada. When we called them, there were no objections to signing the paperwork...wwrb, buyer agency agreement or terms. As I spoke with the couple, I began to pray (for a reason I can't share) that we would provide the best experience the couple had ever received in their many real estate purchases over the years. After 6 different home video walk throughs, an in-person visit to see three homes, one back up offer, one offer that fell through after the home inspection, and one that resulted in a home purchase, here is the review they gave us... From having to coordinate different timezones and after normal hours work, calls, emails and texts, Sherry Hill and Ron Prewitt have gone above and beyond to assist in our relocation. They sent us video clips, photos and every sort of additional information needed to purchase a home sight unseen. Not only have we felt like important and prioritized clients but we feel that we have become great friends that will be invited over for dinner on many occasions. Thank you Ron and Sherry for offering your support, expertise and insight to make this home purchase and relocation a very rewarding experience. We appreciate all you have done for us. Like Share Response from the owner 4 weeks ago It has been our pleasure to take this journey with you and to continue assisting you even after the close! We will always be here for you. I took time to provide school, utilities, tax and tag, and insurance information, recommend professionals for the pool, lawncare, inspections, cleaning and more. I do this for all my clients because I DO care. I thank God that He brought this referral. I have prayed for these types of clients and trust He will provide even more like them. I have three small listings and as of today, one just came under contract. I pray for my sellers and buyers. I ask God to help me find what my buyers need. For my sellers, I pray for a successful offer and that everyone gets something in the deal that makes them feel satified with the outcome. I have reached out to the agents and shared valuable information because I want to get to the closing table. I am praying for more opportunities to share the richness of working for God with others to make a difference in people's lives.

I recently left my job because it was prohibiting me from practicing real estate while employed there. I purchased some photography equipment and asked my nephew, who has a successful real estate photography business, to teach me the skill. My plan was to provide high quality real estate photos for Realtors as a way to support my family while I rebuilt my real estate business. A local Realtor decided to give me a try. I told him I was new at this skill and offered to do it for free, hoping to hone the skill for future income opportunities. I was terrified. But I had decided that learning this new thing was going to serve me and my family well in the future. I gave this first photoshoot my all and poured myself into it as best I could. I had a mentor/teacher to help me along the way. The final product looked great!... so I thought. However, the client said they were not happy with the final product. This feedback was extremely valuable. But I did not see the value in it at first. I became discouraged and started thinking I should set aside this new skill development and not return to it. In other words I should quit. This morning I was praying about this and asking The Lord to help me to see what I was not able to see for myself. I began to realize, with the help of the Holy Spirit, that I was responding to this feedback the way I often respond to early difficulties of new endeavors in my life. Instead of being grateful for honest feedback and striving to improve and build, I give up. Ironically, the big thing the Lord has been teaching me in my life these past few years is that the world He created is a world of order and slow and steady building. It is not a world of fast results. Anything that is beautiful, anything that is good, anything that is worthy of honor and that is glorious was built or grown or developed over a long period of time, not suddenly. And just last night I was struggling with discouragement that as I look at my life at 43 years old, I have a hard time identifying many things in my life that I have built and sustained.

As the clock struck midnight on December 31, 2024, I stood quietly in reflection, overwhelmed by a mix of emotions. The year had been a whirlwind—filled with challenges that tested my resolve, victories that brought immense joy, and lessons that deepened my faith in God. Now, as I step into 2025, my heart is filled with hope and anticipation. I lift my prayers to the One who holds the future, asking Him to do even greater wonders this year. I declare this year as a year of success, growth, and divine breakthroughs-Jeremiah 29:11.
