Alright team, what're we winning at this week?
For me, I had some really trying days on Monday and Tuesday after I got back home and I am so grateful to say that movement, action, and DOING SOMETHING helped immensely.
I did not sleep much last night, but rather than continuing to toss and turn, I went ahead and took care of some chores - dishes, laundry, surprise project, etc.
I got 15 minutes of movement in before I met clients today and it really set the tone for me to have a nice day -- movement. is. medicine.
15 minutes a day is 91 hours a year.
You can get A LOT done in 15 minutes a day.
Then, rather than letting myself get distracted by my phone or social media, I set boundaries with myself and prioritized DOING things, not CONSUMING them.
This allowed me to be incredibly productive today that has carried over into me having a better mood and I really turned this week around because of ACTION.
You climb a staircase... One. Step. At. A. Time.
The small wins add up!
