I don’t have alot of vulnerable moments. I push it down, ignore and let it manifest into usually something unhealthy. Clearly - not working. Tyler’s video said it’s okay to need help and that we don’t have to do it alone. So here goes nothing.
Feeling pretty disconnected today. Struggling with my calorie intake. I know my body needs more throughout the day, but I find myself feeling guilty and ashamed when I do eat.
