What is the last time you really relied on your breath?? 🫁
I am curious how people use breathwork when they need it. I have my standard routine in the morning and in the evening.... However, I'm into my first week of my new job in Bulgaria, and it is a nice job so far, and really, really nice people, nice environment, nice hotel, but the trainings here are very, very intense, like lots of information, lots of video calls, and this can be tough. Especially since it has been a while since I had a "9 to 5" job..
But despite the fact above, I managed to stay so calm and manage my energy by doing my routine breathwork in the morning and the evening. Also, when some of the video calls were very long and very intense, during my break or just after work I just do one extra breathwork session just to calm down the mind. And this is really like the first time that I have to use my "breathwork tool belt" so consistently. But I just feel that this breathwork can just take me through everything. I even have been doing breathwork during video meetings, like really taking deep breaths with the diaphragm and slow, long breaths out, just to stay focused and calm.
So I'm curious: in what kind of situations did you use breathwork so often to ground yourself and keep yourself calm, focused and energized?
Have a great day everybody! Breathe well. Namaste 🙏
