Using Breathwork to Kick off the Week 🫁
This morning I got up early again, feeling quite well rested! I dropped some extra things from my to do list yesterday (was listening to 's advice 🙂) to just rest a bit more. So I worked a little bit in the morning, did a workout, read a book, did a little swimming and an extra breathwork session in the afternoon. After that it was so hot that I decided to spend a few hours playing a video game indoors and went out for sushi with my wife 🍣
I know this week is going to be full again, the job I have always get busier around the holidays and end of this week I am going to start with my coach and will start an intense 3 month 1:1 program, so I have to prepare for that as well 👨‍💻
So this morning I sat down, doing my breathwork session and I focused on energizing my body and my mind and focus on how I would feel when I reached my end-goal and that every step I take, everything I do, that it is only contributing to what I want to achieve 🎯
This is also how I use my breathwork sessions, not only do I work on my nervous system, but I also use breathwork to visualize and prepare the body and mind for certain situations 🧘
