The Proof That Breathwork Works 🫁
Yesterday I got really, really challenged, I was working, and I just saw a message popping up on my phone from somebody asking why I was leaving the community while I she was working one-on-one with me as a coach. This felt really strange because I didn't leave the community. So then she said, "Ok, then maybe you should have a look and change your password quickly." So I tried changing my password, you guessed it, "wrong current password". And I don't forget my passwords because I'm really strict with passwords, and I save them in a password manager. Then I went to my email, which was connected to my Skool, and wanted to change the password quickly. Once again, wrong current password.... And then it struck me. I thought, "Oh no, I've been hacked." While I was typing to this coach in Skool on the phone, I saw all messages double, which makes me believe that there was another person reading with us on another device.. Quickly, I was going through all my accounts, Facebook. Same story: unable to change the password because the current password is not correct. So this person was already in 3 of my accounts. But instead of flipping out, I stayed pretty calm, and I told myself, "Okay, this account is not connected to your bank account, so we're good for now. Let's solve this." So I told my employer that I need some time because of this private situation that I need to fix ASAP, and I used AI to help me guide through all the steps I needed to do, and somehow I was very lucky with my mailbox provider that I had a parent account so I could overwrite the password for my mailbox there, and after I locked this person out, I added two-factor authentication. And slowly but surely, I was able to recover all the other accounts. It took me four hours to get everything back to how it was. I always had strong passwords, but there is one thing I didn't do out of laziness, and that was two-factor authentication. Now everything is secured with two-factor authentication. The reason I'm telling this is because if this would have happened to me two years ago, I would have been completely out of my mind and panicked and whatever. 🀯 Now, yes, I felt adrenaline, and it was tense because it felt like a race against the clock, I stayed amazingly calm. Even my wife told me that she said you handled this so calmly and that she was proud of me. πŸ₯Ί

Service to some folks, who are going through some rough times, energy to help the move things and care for their dog, who was thrust upon them. He's a Staffordshire terrier, Named Zeus. His daddy died, he used to be a neighborhood dog and Joe adopted. Zeus almost died in the process and is traumatized. My neighbor's beside herself with the loss of her brother, Joe. So, I could use some extra energy, my teacher

A Week With a Lot of Challenges.. And What I do to Stay Calm 🧘
My week was very challenging, especially at work. As I told earlier, in my current position I experience a lot of time pressure and I am dealing with a lot of angry clients on the phone. Next to that the client I am working for uses a multiple different systems and it is very tedious to log those cases. πŸ˜– When I applied for this job, it was sold as a very flexible job - perfect for me next to what I am building here... but the reality is different. I had quite a challenge accepting it, but it is what it is. Now, I am focusing on high performers and teaching people to become calm and stress resilient. But now, my calm and resilience is being tested πŸ˜… Kind of Ironic right? I do see this as something positive because this only gives me more experience...πŸ’ͺ Here's what I do to keep my calm: 🧘 - Stick to my Yoga & Breathwork routine, one session in the morning, one session in the evening πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» - Do my own work in the early mornings before I have go to work, this way I can keep my evenings free so I can recover 🫁 - Adding in more small breathwork moments and check-ins - only a few minutes every now and then can really make a difference. ⏰ - Spend more time doing nothing instead of filling every spare moment scrolling on my phone, more screens is not where I find my calm. 1️⃣ - Doing one thing at a time, this one is really underestimated but most people don't realize how much precious energy we waste when we are focusing on multiple things at the same time - which let's be honest, a lot of people having problems with putting their phones away while they are eating or doing something else.. When I eat, I focus on the eating. What are your moment of calm during the day? what do you implement next to the breathwork to keep your calm? Let us know in the comments below πŸ‘‡ Almost weekend! enjoy your day! breathe well. 🌿

Using Breathwork to Kick off the Week 🫁
This morning I got up early again, feeling quite well rested! I dropped some extra things from my to do list yesterday (was listening to @Kim Sobota's advice πŸ™‚) to just rest a bit more. So I worked a little bit in the morning, did a workout, read a book, did a little swimming and an extra breathwork session in the afternoon. After that it was so hot that I decided to spend a few hours playing a video game indoors and went out for sushi with my wife 🍣 I know this week is going to be full again, the job I have always get busier around the holidays and end of this week I am going to start with my coach and will start an intense 3 month 1:1 program, so I have to prepare for that as well πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» So this morning I sat down, doing my breathwork session and I focused on energizing my body and my mind and focus on how I would feel when I reached my end-goal and that every step I take, everything I do, that it is only contributing to what I want to achieve 🎯 This is also how I use my breathwork sessions, not only do I work on my nervous system, but I also use breathwork to visualize and prepare the body and mind for certain situations 🧘 So what are you all up to this week? What are your priorities? Have a great week! Breathe well! 🌿

Very interesting. Did you know that the term Sabbath means, a day of rest. Not like sleeping in bed, but as an examination of the work performed, and it's perfection. You can't go back and change anything in the creation, only improve on you results of future events. But the future hasn't happened yet. So, to live only in the moment is what we can do.
