Upcoming SomaKey Workshops
This is where I will make announcements for upcoming SomaKey Protocol Online Workshops.
The workshops run once a week for 3 weeks; and each workshop builds on the last, following the 3-Module structure of the Protocol. It’s important that participants attend all 3 to get the full benefit of the sequence.
Each workshop runs about 1 hour, with Module 3 being a little more extensive, requiring about 75-90 minutes due to the fact that we do fascia releases and cannot rush the body into such powerful work.
To see when workshops are running take a look at the Calendar tab.
To access the workshops, please head to the Classroom tab, select the Workshop & PDF and make your payment (one time payment unlocks the 3 Modules). From there you will receive all the info you need and a link to download the SomaKey PDF.
