Hey y'all, we will be hosting an open group coaching call Wednesday April 8 at 8pm (EST). The format of this call will be sharing some of the biggest fitness goals/struggles we are currently experiencing, and we will discuss strategies on how you can achieve your goal and overcome your struggles! Confidence boosting hack
Building confidence is actually super simple. Unfortunately destroying it is also super simple too... Heres how simple it really is: Every time you do something you said you would do, your mind starts to see you as trustworthy. Every time you do not do something you said you would do, your mind sees you as a liar... It can be as simple as saying you're going to get out of bed at 10am and actually doing it, versus saying you'll get out of bed at 5am and sleeping in until 5:30am. Ecclesiastes 5:5 states "it is better to not make any vow, than to make a vow and not fulfill it." Action steps: instead of planning out the perfect day and always falling short, start by simplifying your schedule and committing to less things. Instead of planning to do 10 things and only completing 9 of them, instead commit to 3 things and be damn sure you will complete all 3... This is the foundation of confidence!
