The significance of the nervous system
Your nervous system is the network of neurons that runs through your body that sends electrical & chemical signals to your body from your brain, sends signals to your brain from your body. This sounds very simple, but the nervous system actually dictates your entire experience of life... Your thoughts, emotions, perception of pain, heartbeat, metabolism, breathing patterns, twitches, habits, trauma, ability to connect with people, even the strange coincidences that seem to follow you everywhere you go - is all determined by the signals that are happening in your nervous system network. When your nervous system is disregulated, life starts to feel impossible, like nothing is working no matter how hard you try. When your nervous system is regulated, success feels inevitable. There are many ways anyone can regulate their nervous system and bring it back to equilibrium, but here are 3 you can try today: 1. Box breathing (4 seconds in, hold 4 seconds, 4 seconds out, hold 4 seconds). The breath is one of the best ways to override the autonomic nervous system, and this breathing method triggers it to go into rest and digest mode. 2. Mindfulness meditation: Your brain is the head of your central nervous system, and thoughts are a result of it. When you practice mindfulness, you separate your awareness and emotions from your thoughts, allowing everything to slowly but surely calm down and come back into alignment and balance. 3. PNF stretching: When you feel stiffness or tension in your body, its usually not because your muscles or joins are stiff... its actually your nervous system being overactive and holding tension! PNF stretching deactivates this tension in your body and not only allows you to stretch deeper, but frees up your nervous system to direct its energy elsewhere.

High testosterone vs high testosterone energy
They are different, but similar! High testosterone = High hormone levels of testosterone. Leading to faster recovery, more muscle mass, a deeper voice, and generally more drive to get sh!t done. High test energy = the way you carry yourself. This shows up in your willingness to take big, ballsy risks. In your ability to enjoy competition, to pursue that woman you secretly like, to hit the gym hard and do difficult things just because it feels good. Having high test is important if you want to operate to the full masculine capacity you are called too, but high test energy is something that needs to be intentionally and consciously put into motion. Having high hormonal test will make it easy to have high energy test, whereas low hormonal test will make this lifestyle feel nearly impossible or exhausting.

3 mindsets that keep Christians stuck
Overcome these mindset limitations, and life will unlock before your eyes. 1. Money is the root of all evil... This is a lie, the devil would love for you to think money is evil. Scripture says "the LOVE (obsession) of money is the root of all evil." Money is a powerful tool, and God wants his children to have an abundance of it, meaning having more than you need. But if your mindset is stuck on lack, on the risk rather than the reward, and thinking in nickles and dimes and not millions or billions, wealth is going to be very hard to come by. 2. Praying from a state of desperation, transaction, complaining, asking for permission... Scripture says "when you pray, believe you have received it, and it shall be yours." This means do LESS asking, and do MORE commanding. When Jesus calmed the storm he didn't say "God, please allow me to calm this storm. Will you let me do it?" He said "BE STILL." He didn't ask God for permission, instead he knew the permission and the power was already his, and he didn't hesitate to use it. 3. Thinking that because it's what's on the inside that counts and not the outer appearance, that you don't need to be in shape... You are not your outer appearance, but your outer appearance IS a reflection of who the soul behind it is. As cute as it is to think that it's all about whats on the inside and not the outside, the truth is if you don't have enough fitness to walk up a flight of stairs without gasping for air, or if your stomach is hanging over your jeans like a melted ice cream cone, people are going to respect you less, you're going to feel less confident in your own skin, and you're definitely not going to be operating in the full capacity that God has called you to operate in. Unless you live under a rock or in Bali, you probably go to church every Sunday and find yourself surrounded by people who are fat, narrow minded and barely getting by financially. This is NOT how Christians are supposed to be - this is the result of the devil relentlessly attacking the church to give Christianity a bad look... BE THE CHANGE. Be the reason someone changes their mind about what it means to be a Christian. Get healthy, get wealthy, be an inspiration and a glowing light to those around you.
