If you are like me, you likely have a spring cleaning list as long as your arm,๐ and you're wondering where you will get the time to do it all! For me, the best way to "๐๐๐ก ๐กโ๐ ๐๐๐๐โ๐๐๐ก" is one bite at a time! I like to do one room each day. Sometimes, due to time constraints or physical limitations, I have to quit half way through. It's OK if you don't have the time or energy to complete a huge task all at once. At least you started, and that's a big step to getting finished! Just get back at it the next day.
This week - if you haven't already - get a start on your spring cleaning. Make a list of what you want to accomplish, and put it on the fridge where you can see it - DAILY! Begin with a task that is easy to do in a short amount of timeโ. That way, you get "๐๐๐ก๐ ๐กโ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐", and you get to cross one task off the list on the first day. You'll feel like you've accomplished something! Reward yourself with something special, like watching a movie, enjoying a favorite coffee drink, or perhaps a bubble bath๐ซง๐๐ป๐ซง.
