As I’m writing this my little one is screaming her head off and I’m near tears but we’re teaching her to put herself to sleep (sleep training) So for me, I got one percent better by: ✨Sticking with naps for Samiya and sticking with sleep training ✨Did everything on 75 Alchemy but visualization ✨Came up with a new offer ✨Reduced price of my Trigger Journal ✨Recorded How To video for this group ✨Went for a walk About to wind down, or try while Samiya continues to put herself to sleep. I’m also going to meditate and visualize. Hope you guys had an amazing Tuesday!

It's been a min yall lol i hope yall have been well❤️ This year I'm being more intentional about reflecting on my daily wins. Today was up and down for me but I'm grateful I'm ending the night feeling so good 🤗 - Cooked - Straightened up the kitchen - Had my onboarding call with Tayler & therapy - Took care of my son - Led my team at work in a beautiful meditation and held space to process the impact of the LA fires - Responsive to colleagues - Started my day with a balancing meditation & prayer - Was loving towards my husband - Self love shower - Extra Skincare (Dr face mask) - In bed by 10:12pm (goal was 10pm) - Did SOME work for my day job - Nailed down my client avatar for my company - Gained clarity on goals for my work with Tayler (website, resources, embodiment) - Quick Work out - Drank my protein shake - Mentally prepared for conversation with my supervisor tomorrow - Reflected on my day before bed - Felt gratitude, compassion & encouragement for myself - Posted here 💜 Okay, sending love! Goodnight 🌙

December 12th
No way that it was a month ago when I last did this. Yo! Everyday I’m showing up from now on. Okay I’ll give myself grace, but seriously? What?? lol Today I did ✨Morning Routine (Meditation, Read for 15 mins <I’m reading The Trick to Money is Having Some> highly recommend!, Journal) ✨I had like 5 calls today, so heavy call day ✨Onboarding things for new client ✨Recorded YT video (didn’t love it, may record new one tomorrow or not, lol we’ll see) ✨Walk with my Miye girl ✨Content ✨Finishing up with night routine (skin care, visualization, eft, and scripting) Writing this sounds like a lot, and in the beginning it was a lot, which is why I was kind of absent on here because I was trying to find a good balance. Now I feel like I’ve expanded my capacity to handle all the responsibility that $20K months require and I feel good. My tasks don’t seem so daunting anymore. Okay that’s all yall.
