This year I'm being more intentional about reflecting on my daily wins.
Today was up and down for me but I'm grateful I'm ending the night feeling so good 🤗
- Cooked
- Straightened up the kitchen
- Had my onboarding call with Tayler & therapy
- Took care of my son
- Led my team at work in a beautiful meditation and held space to process the impact of the LA fires
- Responsive to colleagues
- Started my day with a balancing meditation & prayer
- Was loving towards my husband
- Self love shower
- Extra Skincare (Dr face mask)
- In bed by 10:12pm (goal was 10pm)
- Did SOME work for my day job
- Nailed down my client avatar for my company
- Gained clarity on goals for my work with Tayler (website, resources, embodiment)
- Quick Work out
- Drank my protein shake
- Mentally prepared for conversation with my supervisor tomorrow
- Reflected on my day before bed
- Felt gratitude, compassion & encouragement for myself
- Posted here 💜
