Actual Weight of something
Actual number of Reps done
Actual Range of Motion
"good" form/"bad" form
These are just concepts we label for OUR convenience
Muscles only concern themselves with:
How hard they were made to work with respect to their limits and capacities
It will be canon events that we will sometimes sacrifice form to reach a PR
REMEMBER THAT WE ARE TRAINING FOR LIFE OUTSIDE THE GYM
Assess also - Who do we actually want to impress and what would be the best way of doing so
