First 2 weeks of May I might limit my cobra intake to only before training in order to better optimize the carb > insulin spike
Primary motivator for this would be to attenuate facial bloating
I will also be more on point with my sodium & potassium supplementation and will be tailoring them per day depending on what I eat whole food + seasoning wise
Last 2 weeks I might swap out the cobra for black coffee - I might have been inadvertently self nerfing this whole time
