Started my day off with my lemon water then I cut pink grape fruit and cut up some oranges next I will be on my stepper for 10min next 100 dips and 5 sets of 5 squat thrust with 120lbs over my head next the roller for my stomach 3 sets of 10 then 20 pull ups then I will eat the whole kitchen 😅😅😅 but before all of the work I do say my concise statement and give thanks for my spirit connecting with my body.
