Started my day at 0600 listened to my I am affirmations next looked at my mind movie then meditation on gratitude 🙏 next I wrote in my journals then yoga for my workout next I went downstairs and made my lemon water and a protein drink.

1/5/26 Monday win ✌️ 😁 I got up early and out early 😘 relaxing while I'm waiting to see my doctor 😺 ☺️ and I enjoyed walking and talking to my younger daughter 💐 and I even had time to go to the store 🏪 and give a few items and I even got some our daily bread 🍞 🥪 out as well ❤️‍🩹 as some of my Avon books 📚 and business cards ♦️
