23june 26 What i learned today ? I learned we all see different realities even if we are standing right next to each other even if we see the same thing at the same time wow everyone's brain sees differently What can I do better i can stay a free thinker and keep being. Consistent on my reality

People will always see you in their reality their truth even after you have been charged 🤣 we have to keep changing keep growing while the are focused on your past we have to stay focused on our future endeavors put on our blinders and keep our head and eyes in the forward position once we get on that next frequency stay there and rock out . No matter how many rocks they throw let them bounce off your protective armor. Morning
Worked out today i call it my 50 50 Workout 5 to 10 minutes of stepping 50 push ups 💪 60 swing kicks 2 sets of 50 squats 💪 water medication and mind movies some smal weights I want to work on my speed again. I've noticed you have to work against what your body wants to do. But I speak into it while im working out. I do that to get strength to fish my workout
Today
I got a early start on the day got my gratitude meditation in next a small massage in on my legs next my 100 squats in next my mind movie then supplements in with water 💧 and my protein drink which consists of oak milk pea protein creatine honey I have to get some more cinnamon . Next write in the skool group5 to 7 min stepper and some wieights then start driving
