Sorry it’s been a bit quiet recently we’ve been working behind the scenes adding new courses to our classroom community, developing new training pathways, and introducing new accredited programmes. We’ve been refining everything to make sure the structure is clear, professional, and supportive — and we’re now ready to welcome and train more students. New Begginnings
Hello again… and Happy New Year ✨ Glow & Wellness School It’s been a little quiet here over the past month — and sometimes, life calls for a pause. This space has always been about balance, intention, and real wellbeing, and taking time to reset is part of that journey too. As we step into the new year, I’m so excited to share that Glow & Wellness School is opening a new chapter —with new courses, fresh energy, and a renewed focus on self-care, family care, and beauty & wellness training. This year is about: 🌿 learning without pressure 🌿 caring for yourself and those you love 🌿 building skills that support real life 🌿 and creating space for growth, confidence, and calm Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’re just joining us now — you are so welcome. Hydrate with intention drink a glass of water or herbal tea and set one positive intention for your week. 3. Gentle body check-inStretch your neck, shoulders, and back for 3–5 minutes — no rushing. 4. One loving promise to yourself Write or think: “This week I will prioritise…”

As we head into the weekend, let’s pause and check in with our bodies, our energy, and ourselves. 💛 Today’s discussion: Answer one or two of the questions below there’s no right or wrong. 1️⃣ How does your body feel this week? (Tired, heavy, calm, sore, energised, overwhelmed, relaxed?) 2️⃣ What’s ONE small thing you did this week for your health or wellbeing? (Drank more water, walked more, stretched, booked a treatment, rested, said no, ate better, breathed.) 3️⃣ What does your body or mind need more of this weekend? (Rest, movement, quiet time, connection, warmth, routine, fun.) ✨ Remember: Looking after yourself doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to be kind and consistent.
