My 6 month gym transformation, any tips or suggestions?
The first 3 photos was how I looked like, when I was doing home workouts, before I started going to the gym, unfortunately I didn't take any shirtless photos from the front back then, but I still think my progress is visible. If you have any tips, or suggestions, feel free to share them. From what I see, I should focus more on my arms, especially forearms. Also I have a question. Should I continue bulking? I look kinda fat honestly.
