My 6 month gym transformation, any tips or suggestions?
The first 3 photos was how I looked like, when I was doing home workouts, before I started going to the gym, unfortunately I didn't take any shirtless photos from the front back then, but I still think my progress is visible. If you have any tips, or suggestions, feel free to share them. From what I see, I should focus more on my arms, especially forearms. Also I have a question. Should I continue bulking? I look kinda fat honestly.

How do you stay happy during the long work days? The early mornings? The sacrifice? β€œJust discipline yourself, bro, your happiness does not matter on the grind.” You may be thinking… No. Your mental health should be prioritised, and here is how: __________________________________________________________________________________________________ π™°πšŒπšπš’πš˜πš— πšœπšπšŽπš™πšœ: 1. Customisation, customise your grind period in a way that aligns with your true values, do not follow some creator’s grind mode protocol blindly, customise how you want. 2. Good mindset, not having an all or nothing mindset of you mess up and seeing the fun in the grind and being like for example β€œThe grind is part of experiencing life, and I get to do the grind, not I have to.” 3. Grinding on something you genuinely enjoy, for example, of your grind is online business, and you are grinding on some business you hate just for the money, you will be unhappy. Pursue a business you actually like. 4. Doing your mental health habit’s still, for example meditating, gratitude/exercise.

The Nature Method

And there is a reason why that is so popular, because those are undeniably the best 3 habits to make you have great mental health. But there is something better, especially for those starting on their mental health journey. I call it β€œThe Nature Method.” The nature method is simply those 3 habits, but… Done in nature, and some have a slight twist. Meditation β†’ Meditate outside in nature Gratitude journaling β†’ Gratitude voice note while walking in nature Exercise β†’ Cardio in nature and tree branch pull ups, etc For beginners / those wanting to get the best results in their mental health follow this
