Customisation, customise your grind period in a way that aligns with your true values, do not follow some creatorβs grind mode protocol blindly, customise how you want. 2. Good mindset, not having an all or nothing mindset of you mess up and seeing the fun in the grind and being like for example βThe grind is part of experiencing life, and I get to do the grind, not I have to.β 3. Grinding on something you genuinely enjoy, for example, of your grind is online business, and you are grinding on some business you hate just for the money, you will be unhappy. Pursue a business you actually like. 4. Doing your mental health habitβs still, for example meditating, gratitude/exercise.
