From Dreading Feedback to Seeking It Out โ€“ How I Shifted My Mindset
Before, I used to feel upset whenever I'm hearing negative feedbacks from my work but there's one person who told me to use those negative feedback as an inspiration. I asked her if how I'm going to do that??? She answered "Well, if you receive that kind of feedback, you have to ask yourself first if you really didn't perform well or maybe they just have high standards. If you think that what you did is just right, then continue what you're doing. If not, do something or improve what you're doing to make it as good as what they're expecting. Because a person who reacts badly to negative feedback might block their personal growth โ€“ it can ruin your mood, which may affect your next activity or work." This was kind of a wake-up call for me. I did as I was told, and I personally felt that I became a better employee...
