From Dreading Feedback to Seeking It Out – How I Shifted My Mindset
Before, I used to feel upset whenever I'm hearing negative feedbacks from my work but there's one person who told me to use those negative feedback as an inspiration. I asked her if how I'm going to do that??? She answered "Well, if you receive that kind of feedback, you have to ask yourself first if you really didn't perform well or maybe they just have high standards. If you think that what you did is just right, then continue what you're doing. If not, do something or improve what you're doing to make it as good as what they're expecting. Build Your Learning Squad: Turn Connections into Growth Power-Ups
How music challenges the brain?
Playing an instrument isn’t just about melody - it’s about timing, coordination, and rapid information processing. Studies show that musical training engages a wide set of cognitive processes at once: reading notes, planning movements, keeping rhythm, and staying on tempo. Researchers have found links between this kind of training and skills involved in language and reading. And while early childhood may offer a particularly strong window for these connections, adults can also show meaningful changes when they learn an instrument or even participate in structured music‑listening programs.
