We discussed: - Why anxiety is rampant in our industry (and why nobody talks about it) - How isolation makes anxiety worse and community makes it lighter - Why your life always moves in the direction of your strongest thoughts - The powerful cycle: Thoughts → Actions → Experiences - How Scripture and modern science (CBT) agree on renewing the mind - Why fixing symptoms won’t work if we ignore the root - Romans 12:2 and the call to real, lasting change This wasn’t a “quick remember this and move on” session.
