If you’re overwhelmed, don’t try to take all this on by yourself. Ask for rest in God. Ask Him to take your worries from you. Sometimes praying for a really good night’s rest can do wonders. “Come to me all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens. And I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
