🤓 Ch 1 Replay Up! See you Friday!
Awesome deep dive! What we discussed: - A small moment with my 3-year-old melting down over missing McQueen pants exposed a bigger truth: We let tiny things snowball and hijack our minds. What we believe becomes our reality, even when it isn’t true. - The real problem isn’t anxiety or fear—it’s the thought that starts it. Thoughts lead to actions, actions to experiences. If you don’t address the lie early, it runs the whole cycle. - That’s the Replacement Principle: catch the lie, remove it, replace it with truth. Repetition matters. God didn’t give us fear, but power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). This is a real battle for the mind, not just stress. The enemy’s only weapon is lies, and distraction keeps us from confronting them. - A lie believed as truth will affect your life as if it were true. Catch it early. Replace it with truth. And don’t fight it alone. Next: Chapter 2 – Becoming a Thought Warrior I'm looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday's call to discuss Chapter 2!
