If you're struggling to make AI a consistent practice, try habit stacking instead of building a brand new routine from scratch.
The concept (from Atomic Habits by James Clear - which is one of my favorite books): attach the new behavior to something you already do automatically.
So, using that concept...we can say habit stacking with AI is about building a workflow where one output becomes the seed for the next thing. Here are a few ways that I've tried to implement this into my routines.
- When I build a carousel → I ask Claude to turn it into three Threads posts.
- When I film a Reel → I upload the transcript and turn it into a carousel.
- When I create a tool or artifact for myself → I strip out the personal details and turn it into a lead magnet.
This way nothing starts from scratch. Everything you make is already 80% of the next thing.
That's the actual leverage because now you're using it so that one session does three jobs!!
I'd love to know what you've made recently that could be the seed for something else? Let's share ideas!
