here's mine :) the desk in the living room at the Austria home base - the rare occasion where I work at an actual desk with a proper chair 😅

Quick Tip For Cutting Out The ChatGPT Fluff...
Have you experienced frustration with ChatGPT's tendency to regurgitate back to you what you say, or repeat itself over and over again? Or like what it's was doing with me during a work session... where every response includes praise and then "Oh by the way, I just thought of an idea, what do you think about adding.... " It can be so frustrating when you just want to get something done and you have to have a 3 hour back and forth conversation with ChatGPT 🤪 So try using this prompt first: ⤵️ When I type /caveman, respond in the simplest possible version: - Answer immediately. - Short sentences. - Only what's needed. - No framing. - No reassurance. - No "I think..." - No "Great idea." - No process explanations. - No telling me what you're about to do. - No recap. - No conclusion. Using this command cuts out all that extra nonsense and gets you faster, less verbose responses so you can power through your session. And if you keep your memory on in your settings, this should work in any session going forward when you type in /caveman. [Note: it should also work in other AI tools, but I find that ChatGPT is the worst when it comes to fluff]

yes! I already included something like this in my settings for Claude and it's made it so much more efficient and nice to use... and I agree ChatGPT is the worst at this
LADIESSSSSS.... OMG... Otter.ai SAVED The Day!
I just remembered that I had Otter.ai automatically on when I hosted the Guest Speaker event with Linda Roser on Make Automations!! It not only captured the transcript, but also recorded the audio from the entire meeting and grabbed screen shots throughout...including from the live demo portion! Now you can at least Listen to the entire session and see the screens of Make that Linda was showing. Obviously still not the same as watching the actual replay, but way better than just the long written transcript 🤪 I've added the link to the Replay page in the Classroom HERE

What's Your Experience?
When I first started the AI MAP Room it was driven by the desire to help women in midlife see that they have so much to offer in their careers and / or in building online businesses. Because during this time of fast-paced technology change, specifically with how AI is changing the landscape of how companies operate and careers are built... I know there is a lot of fear and worry. What will AI do to my job? My career that I've spent years, even decades, building? My retirement plans? And I wanted to provide a safe place for women to come together to learn how to best use AI to enhance their experience and strengths. So... this is just a reminder...You are not starting over. 🔥 Every single one of us is starting with: • Life experience • Wisdom • Better boundaries • More resilience • Career experience And all of these add up to a clear advantage because we have something to apply AI to and with. So... for fun... what is your experience that you have that you can leverage when using AI? 👇

I have a long history of working with small companies and optimising their workflows... I've always seen how tech can either help or hinder depending on your attitude towards it and implementation of it. Being ND I began using it to help support my executive dysfunction and all the other fun stuff that comes with my brain, which led me to get into automation and low code solutions. Now with AI, there is so much potential in the space of actually utilising it to support workflows; it's definitely a tool that creates a big lever for small business operations.
