Target Audience Research...Are you getting the most out of yours?
Most of us who are building online businesses are taught to “know our ideal client.” So ... → We create avatars. → We write down demographics. → We guess what they want. But if you're like me, you may have found that most courses or tools only get you a high-level understanding of your ideal client. What I've found now, after doing more of a deep dive into this topic, is that people often speak more honestly in the un-structured places, like.. Reddit threads. Quora questions. Facebook group comments YouTube comments. 3-star Amazon reviews. That’s where you find the real insights. The “I wish this was easier…” The “Why does nobody talk about…” The “I thought I was the only one…” The “This helped, but I still struggled with…” That is the language we actually need to build a full understanding of our ideal client, their problem(s), and their state of mind. And when we know this, we can create content that reflects our audience’s actual words back to them so they feel deeply understood. Here’s a simple AI audience research workflow: ✅ Step 1: Mine the real whispers Look at unfiltered platforms where your audience is already talking. ✅ Step 2: Look for the gap Pay attention to complaints, frustrations, repeated questions, and “almost but not quite” reviews. ✅ Step 3: Use AI to synthesize Ask ChatGPT to identify recurring emotional themes, exact phrases, objections, desires, and content ideas. ✅ Step 4: Turn the research into marketing speak Replace vague phrases like “gain confidence” or “grow your business” with the actual language your audience uses. 🔥OR, if you like having access to a tool that can do this research with you ... that's what I built The Ideal Client Avatar Builder for. 👉🏻 You provide a little upfront detail about yourself and what you know about who your Ideal Client is, and then it takes you through an IN-DEPTH analysis that will result in a full blown Ideal Client Avatar report that you can then use with your AI tool of choice to create content that speaks directly to them🎉

I need to check this. I think I've been missing a lot from my membership. 🫣
For my AI Beginners...
Feeling unsure whether to start with ChatGPT or Claude? 🤔 Inside the Level 3 Module, there's a quick tool to help you figure out your best starting point. I built this because for beginners, it can be overwhelming to even know where to start, especially when we're hearing about so many tool options every time we log into our social media. But here's what to know; 👉 ChatGPT and Claude are both powerful. 👉 Neither one is “better” for everyone. 👉 The best tool depends on where you are, how you think, and what you want AI to help you do. This quick assessment walks you through 6 simple questions so you can discover which AI tool ecosystem may be the best fit for you right now. It can help you decide if you should start with: ✅ ChatGPT ✅ Claude ✅ or a simple mix of both Especially if you’re new and thinking: “Which one should I learn first?” “Am I picking the wrong tool?” “Where do I even begin?” 👉🏻 You’ll find it inside the Level 3 Module HERE ❓Quick question: Are you more curious about ChatGPT, Claude, or still totally undecided?

Day 6/24 of the June Challenge
A post about something I am genuinely good at according to chatgpt: Something I am genuinely good at is seeing the first step when everything feels messy. Not the perfect plan. Not the full business strategy. Not the polished version. Just the next clear step. And I think that matters because so many burnt-out nurses are already carrying too much. You’re trying to work shifts, show up for your family, keep your home running, recover from exhaustion, and somehow figure out what life beyond the bedside could look like. No wonder your head feels full. I know what it feels like to have ideas but still feel stuck. You think: “Is this the right idea?” “Am I too late?” “What if I fail?” “What if I start and can’t keep up?” “What if I’m not made for business?” But sometimes the real problem is not that you don’t have potential. It’s that you have too many thoughts fighting for space. That’s where I feel I can help. I am good at taking messy ideas and helping turn them into something calmer, clearer, and more doable. A simple direction.A small first offer.A next step that fits around real life. Not a business that burns you out before you even begin. Because nurses do not need more pressure. We need space to think. We need clarity. We need permission to start small. And we need to know that wanting a new chapter does not make us selfish, ungrateful, or weak. It makes us human. If you’re a nurse who feels called to build something beyond the bedside, but your mind keeps spinning with doubt and overwhelm, I want you to know this: You do not need to have it all figured out today. You just need one clear next step. And that is where your new chapter can begin.

@Jessica Cosci oh, that is such a great idea! I'll ask it now. 😊
☀️ Happy Sunday, AI MAP Room! & Welcome 37 NEW Members!
Happy Sunday to everyone! And an extra special WELCOME to the 37 new members who've joined us this week!! 🎉🎉🎉 If you’re new here, the best first step is simple: 👉 Introduce yourself in a post 💜 Tell us who you are, what kind of business you’re building, and what you’re hoping AI can help you with. Why? Because when you introduce yourself, the community can come say hi, comment, like your post, and help you start leveling up toward Level 2 so you can unlock more lessons. And this is also how we make this space better for everyone. The more we: ✅ share wins ✅ ask questions ✅ comment on each other’s posts ✅ cheer each other on ✅ try tiny AI experiments together …the more useful, supportive, and alive this community becomes. We’re all here learning AI and building our businesses together, so if you’re new, come introduce yourself today. And if you’ve been here a bit, go welcome someone new. 💛 What’s one thing you’re hoping AI helps you with this week?

Happy Sunday! Congratulations in getting a whooping 37 new members! 🎉🎉🎉 One thing I’m hoping AI helps me with this week is organising my messy ideas into something simple and actionable. I’m building a community for burnt-out nurses who want to create a new chapter beyond the bedside, so I’d love AI to help me turn my ideas into clearer content, offers, and next steps without overcomplicating everything.

@Jessica Cosci unfortunately I am working so I'll catch up on replay.
Day 5/24 of the June Challenge
I asked Chatgpt to give 3 captions of a photo of mine and this what it says: Here are 3 humane caption options for your photo: Caption 1 — Calm & Reflective Sometimes a new chapter doesn’t start with a big decision. It starts with one quiet moment where you admit: “I want more for myself than just surviving my shifts.” For the nurse who feels this too — you are not alone. Caption 2 — Personal Brand / Community I’m building The Nurses’ New Chapter for the nurse who is tired, overthinking, and quietly wondering what else is possible beyond the bedside. Not to rush you out of nursing. But to help you see your skills, your options, and your next small step with clarity. Caption 3 — Courageous & Relatable I know what it feels like to care for everyone else while questioning your own next step. This is your reminder: You are allowed to want more time, more freedom, and a life that doesn’t leave you running on empty. Your new chapter can start small. ** I like the 1st caption as it relatable and this is 100% of how I feel at this time.
