Day 6/24 of the June Challenge
A post about something I am genuinely good at according to chatgpt:
Something I am genuinely good at is seeing the first step when everything feels messy.
Not the perfect plan. Not the full business strategy. Not the polished version.
Just the next clear step.
And I think that matters because so many burnt-out nurses are already carrying too much.
You’re trying to work shifts, show up for your family, keep your home running, recover from exhaustion, and somehow figure out what life beyond the bedside could look like.
No wonder your head feels full.
I know what it feels like to have ideas but still feel stuck.
You think:
“Is this the right idea?”
“Am I too late?”
“What if I fail?”
“What if I start and can’t keep up?”
“What if I’m not made for business?”
But sometimes the real problem is not that you don’t have potential.
It’s that you have too many thoughts fighting for space.
That’s where I feel I can help.
I am good at taking messy ideas and helping turn them into something calmer, clearer, and more doable.
A simple direction.A small first offer.A next step that fits around real life. Not a business that burns you out before you even begin.
Because nurses do not need more pressure.
We need space to think.
We need clarity.
We need permission to start small.
And we need to know that wanting a new chapter does not make us selfish, ungrateful, or weak.
It makes us human.
If you’re a nurse who feels called to build something beyond the bedside, but your mind keeps spinning with doubt and overwhelm, I want you to know this:
You do not need to have it all figured out today.
You just need one clear next step.
And that is where your new chapter can begin.
