If you’re using AI bots to help you in everyday business and even personal life, way to go!! But if you’re not utilizing the “spaces” tool, or “project” tool to organize your thoughts and progress on specific projects, then you’re missing out BIG TIME. I have around 20 spaces open in Perplexity, and I already Know that I will add more in time. It is such a powerful organization tool. I was finally tired of having to rewrite todo lists and always forgetting something(s) so I went on a search of AI Tools. For my purposes it came down to TickTick and Motion. Here’s a side-by-side look at them that I had Perplexity make. For the time being I chose to go with TickTick. But eventually when I have a bigger budget I will probably upgrade to Motion and utilize its AI employee feature
