It says a lot about the character of this mod team that they’ve kept someone like me in the ring. They could’ve cut me a long time ago. I push ideas, I test edges, and I don’t always land perfectly. But instead of shutting that down, they’ve kept space for it and that tells me they actually want to hear both sides of the coin, not just the easy ones. That kind of moderation builds real community, not just compliance. I’m genuinely happy to be part of this group. Happy hump day shoutout to the mods for doing it right.

I’m gonna give the mods a well-earned win here. I’ve given them plenty of grief in the past for pulling my posts, so when I say this, I mean it. I made a post earlier out of excitement and it crossed the rules. The post got removed and that was the right call. What stood out was how it was handled. Instead of just yanking it and moving on, the mods explained why and offered a creative, rule-compliant way to share the idea differently down the road. That’s fair, constructive moderation, and it keeps the group solid without shutting people down. I’m big on calling things out especially when it’s on me and I also believe in giving credit when it’s earned. So respect to the mods for how they handled this today….
