The real battle isn’t out there. It’s in your mind.
I’m reading a book called The War of Art and I’m reminded that the real enemy to our progress isn’t lack of talent… it’s resistance. Resistance shows up as hesitation. As overthinking. As “I’ll start tomorrow.” As telling yourself you need one more tutorial, one more plan, one more perfect moment. But the truth is, resistance doesn’t show up when something doesn’t matter. Resistance shows up when you’re getting close to the thing that could change your life. So if you feel the pull to procrastinate today…If your mind is trying to talk you out of learning something new…If you're convincing yourself you’re not ready yet… Good. That’s the signal. That means you’re right on the edge of growth. Instead of trying to defeat resistance in one big heroic moment, do what actually works: Show up for one small action. Learn one thing. Try one messy draft. Take one uncomfortable step. You don’t need to win the war today. You just need to win this moment. Because motion breaks resistance. Momentum quiets the fear. And once you start, everything gets easier. So ask yourself: What is the one simple thing you can do today...right now...that Resistance doesn’t want you to do? Do that. Post it below. Let’s make today the day we move forward anyway.
Learn Ai with ChatGPT atlas what this does…
✅ What is Atlas? Atlas is a new web browser by OpenAI that integrates ChatGPT directly into the browsing experience. Instead of switching between your browser and ChatGPT, Atlas combines them: you can ask ChatGPT about the page you’re on, get summaries, draft text in place, and even (with paid tiers) have it perform tasks for you via “agent mode”. Because you’re in digital marketing and content creation, this means you could use it to: - Summarize competitor blog articles or ad copy you find. - Rewrite or refine marketing emails or landing-page copy directly. - Use the “agent” side (if you’re on Plus/Pro) to help with multi-step tasks like finding trending hashtags, opening tabs, collecting links, etc. 🛠 Getting started – Install & Setup Requirements & download - Atlas is currently available for macOS with Apple silicon (M-series chips) and macOS version requirement. - You’ll need a ChatGPT account (Free, Plus, Pro) to sign in. Installation steps 1. Download the installer (.dmg) from the official link (via chatgpt.com/atlas). 2. Open the .dmg, drag Atlas into the Applications folder. 3. Launch Atlas, sign in with your ChatGPT credentials. 4. Optional but useful: Import bookmarks, history, saved passwords from your current browser (Chrome, Safari) so you pick up where you left off. 5. Optional: Set Atlas as your default browser via Settings → General → Set default. 🔍 Core Features & How to Use Them 1. Browsing + Ask ChatGPT Sidebar - After installing, open a tab and visit any website. - Look for the “Ask ChatGPT” button / sidebar (often in the top-right) which allows you to ask questions about the current page. - Example: You’re reading an article about “5 emerging TikTok ad trends for 2026”. Click “Ask ChatGPT” and prompt: “Summarize this article in 3 bullets and tell me how I could use each trend in a 30-second video for DexDelco.” - You can also ask follow-ups like “List specific hashtags I should test” or “Write a script for a TikTok based on trend #2”.
Writing Tip: Brain Dump With AI
Open your favorite AI tool (i.e. ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral etc). Use the following prompt to clear your head and begin generating raw material for content... This is an easy exercise to get you comfortable with using AI for ideation. Prompt: "Act as my business strategist and creative partner. I am starting an info product publishing business. My personal interests & knowledge areas include (List at least 5-7 interests that you have, e.g., bodybuilding, mental health, coding, show-jumping, fixing cars etc). Based on these interests, generate a list of 25-30 potential micro-niche books or course ideas. For each idea, suggest a target audience and a core problem it solves." Use the above and let me know how it works for you!

Agency quoted $18k for a workflow they said "requires custom development." Built it in 7 minutes. Zero code. THE SETUP Client: "Need approval routing based on invoice amount" Agency response: "Requires custom backend logic" "Need database for approval rules" "API integration necessary" Quote: $18,000 Timeline: 6 weeks Client: "For approval routing?" Agency: "Complex conditional logic" THE CALL Client: "They said it needs developers" Me: "What does it need to do?" Client explains: - Invoice under $500: Auto-approve - $500-$5k: Manager approval - Over $5k: Director approval - Send notifications - Log decisions Me: "That's 3 conditions" Client: "They said it's complex" Me: "Give me 5 minutes" THE BUILD Opened Skada.ai Described the workflow. Generated in 4 minutes. Tested with sample invoices: - $200: Auto-approved ✓ - $2,000: Routed to manager ✓ - $8,000: Routed to director ✓ Total time: 7 minutes. Client: "That's it?" Me: "Want to see it process a real invoice?" THE TEST Client submits actual invoice for $3,400. Workflow triggers. Routes to manager. Manager gets Slack notification. Approves. System updates. Accounting notified. Works perfectly. "Needs custom code" really means: - Needs IF statements (apparently "complex") - Needs data lookup (apparently "requires database") - Needs notifications (apparently "API integration") Average agency quote: $16,400 Average my build time: 8 minutes Average my cost: $2,800 CURRENT RECORD
