I’ve been running a custom software development agency for several years, building tailored apps and systems for companies across different industries.
On the technical side, we’re strong. Full-stack builds, custom software, automation — we handle the entire delivery process end-to-end.
Where we’re focused on improving is the sales side. Most of our growth has come from referrals, which has been great — but not predictable or scalable.
I joined this group to learn how to build a more structured and consistent sales engine around what we already do well.
